“Two brothers, raised in the alleyways and aromas of Parga, spent their childhood inside the tavernas of their hometown — learning what it means to cook with soul.”
From a young age, they worked alongside old cooks, grill masters, and people who understood Greek hospitality deeply. They learned that good food is not just recipes — it is memories, company, and moments gathered around a table.
Growing up, they held onto the flavours that shaped them: freshly grilled fish, slow-cooked meats, their grandmother's stews, olive oil, wild herbs, and the authentic recipes of Epirus.
So was born the dream: to create their own taverna — a warm, authentic space where every visitor would feel like a guest at a family table.
Today, with the same love and dedication they learned as children, they continue to cook traditional Greek flavours using honest ingredients and deep respect for local cuisine.
Perivoli is a tribute to Parga, to our memories, and to the people who taught us what good food and true hospitality really mean.
